All of our bakery brushes were designed by bakers for bakers, we just listened.
Braun understands that bakers have unique needs when it comes to brushes. Our production brushes, for applying egg wash, water or glaze, transfer the right amount of liquid without shedding due to our unique epoxy setting method. All natural bristle brushes use double boiled boar hair to maintain the highest level of food safety. Bench brushes, whether natural or synthetic fibers, are designed to brush away the maximum amount of flour with the minimum number of sweeps.
