Cylinder Brushes
From conveyors to pan cleaners, metal finishing and flour dusting, cylinder brushes fill an endless need in industry. Click on any of the categories on the left to learn more about the 7 different methods of making cylinder brushes that Braun uses.

Because every need is different and there are so many applications, you will not find many off the shelf cylinder brushes. The good news is that Braun stocks a large variety of materials and can make a custom brush for you in just a few days.
Metal Free Brushes
Metal free brushes are a new solution to cleaning the inside of straight and especially curved pipes and tubes without scratching them. Metal Free brushes are made with 100% food grade polypropylene. The bristles are fused which minimizes the potential for trapped bacteria and contaminates while securely holding the bristles in place.

This method of manufacturing is unique to Braun Brush.
Strip Brushes
Metal channel strip brushes are commonly used not only in industrial settings, but have household applications as well. Brushes can be set in a channel, coiled into a cylinder shape, or formed into discs, ovals, and cups.

A variety of materials are utilized; from soft polypropylene monofilament, nylon, and tampico to horsehair and wires. Flexible metal free brush seals are used to control moisture, dirt, air and noise contamination.
