This all Hardwood Bagel Peel is made with solid 5ply baltic birch plywood that resists splitting and warping. The paddle dimensions are 1/4" thick x 24" wide x 29" long. Attached is a 21" solid rock maple wood handle that provides long wear life. Replacement paddles or handles may be purchased separately. (See BP1P, BP1HDL).
